When something feels off in a school …
Pause. Walk. See more clearly.
I offer structured outdoor reflection walks for educators and school leaders in Tallinn. No fixing. No advising.
Just space to explore what is shaping your work.
WHAT THIS IS
Schools are complex environments.
Sometimes something feels slightly off, heavy, or difficult to name.
Instead of reacting quickly, we step outside.
We walk.
We slow down.
We look at what is actually happening.
I do not diagnose.
I do not fix.
I do not give advice.
I hold a structured, calm space where clarity can emerge.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Educators who want to explore what feels unclear in their work.
School leaders who sense something in the school’s atmosphere needs attention.
Professionals who prefer thoughtful reflection before action.
It is not therapy.
It is not consulting.
It is not a workshop.
It is a walk.

ABOUT
My name is Daniel Hozjan.
I work as a teacher in Tallinn and offer outdoor reflection walks alongside my teaching role.
My approach is calm, systemic, and focused on creating space rather than solving problems.
“Clarity comes not from pushing harder, but from stepping back and allowing new perspectives to surface.”

Before our first walk, we have a short intake conversation. During the walk, we clarify what is present, allow silence when needed, and notice what shifts. At the end, we reflect on what became clearer and you decide on a healthy next step.

One session is possible. Many prefer a 3-session arc.
